Peanut Butter Brownies
Turtle Brownie Pie

Makes: 24 brownies

  • Brownie:
  • 1, 18.75 oz package Ghirardelli Chocolate Supreme Brownie Mix
      (1 pouch brownie mix and 1 pouch chocolate syrup)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • Peanut Butter Frosting:
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • Frosted
Preheat oven to 325°F. For Brownie: In medium bowl, stir together Ghirardelli Chocolate Supreme Brownie Mix, water, oil, egg, chocolate syrup and peanut butter chips until moistened (about 40 strokes). Spoon batter into lightly greased 13x9x2-inch pan and spread evenly. Bake 28-32 minutes. Allow brownie to cool completely and spread frosting evenly over brownie. For Peanut Butter Frosting: Place peanut butter and butter in medium bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on medium speed 1 - 1 1/2 minutes or until blended. Add powdered sugar and milk; mix on low speed 1-2 minutes or until light and fluffy.
